    Covenant to Levy a Fine Parties: (i) Robert Staunton of Cardington, esquire and Elizabeth, his wife; (ii) Nathaniell Lawson of Woburn, draper; (iii) John Brotherton of Husborne Crawley, shoemaker Operative Part: - Robert Staunton covenanted to (ii) and (iii) that he and his wife would, before Trinity term next , levy a fine sur conizance de droit come ceo etc. on (a) Property: (a) dwelling house of (ii) near the market place in Woburn surrounded by manorial waste of the Earl of Bedford; which had been lately purchased by (ii) from (i); (b) pasture called Fritnell of eight acres in Aspley Guise in occupation of (iii) with ground of Earl of Bedford S, town ground of Aspley Guise and ground of Stavely Staunton SW, ground of John Carter, gentleman NW and part of ground of Thomas Turny E; which had been lately purchased by (iii) from (i) Witnesses: - John Carter; - John Marshe
