Reciting Luton Inclosure Act of 48 Geo.III [1808] and appointment of John Trumper as Commissioner
Award of exchange between 1) Leonard Hampson of Luton, Esq., and
2) James Gutteridge of Eaton Green, Luton, gent., as follows:
TO Gutteridge:
- close of pasture called Harden Hall (1a.2r.36p.) bounded on the north east by the river Lea
- two pieces of arable (2a.24p) in Mainden Field in the occupation of John Brett and next to land of James Rushmore
- a piece of meadow (2r.13p.) near the town of Luton being part of Morris's Mead, lately staked out by a ditch and quickset fence
TO Hampson:
- piece of pasture in White Horse Close (1r.29p.) lately staked out by a pale
- Dyers Close (2r.13p.) late occupied by Mr. Dyer
