    Reciting Luton Inclosure Act of 48 Geo.III [1808] and appointment of John Trumper as Commissioner Award of exchange between 1) John, Marquis of Bute and 2) Leonard Hampson of Luton, Esq., as follows: TO Hampson: - close of pasture called Harden Hall (1a.2r.36p.) late in the occupation of Thomas Brown, and bounded on the north east by the river Lea - two pieces of arable (2a.24p.) in the occupation of John Brett, lying in Mainden Field and next to land of James Rushmore TO the Marquis of Bute: - close of pasture (1a.1r) near the town of Luton - close called the Lucerne Piece (1a.2r.15p.)
