Scope and Content
Routine business includes election of Churchwardens and Overseers, passing of accounts, rates and rating, Charity business etc. The nature of businesss is largely routine until 1910. From 1921 the minutes are those of the Easter vestry and Annual Parochial Church Meeting.
Occasional business includes:
1894-5 Division of the urban part of Luton parish into three wards, and creation of separate rural parishes of Leagrave, Limbury-cum-Biscot, Sopsley, and East and West Hyde
1897 Death of the Vicar, Rev.J.O'Neill
