Mosley, Rector of Pertenhall 2) Joseph Peppitt of Pertenhall, farmer Lease by 1) to 2) on a yearly tenancy from 11 October 1888, of: - Honey Hill Farm, Pertenhall, together with the house and outbuildings belonging (66 acres). Annual rent: £60, payable by half yearly payments 2) to pay all rates and taxes (except Land Tax and Property Tax). Tenancy to be determined by either party on one year's written notice. Tenant to cultivate and manage land in good husbandlike manner, to have one fourth of arable land in fallow or green crops and one fourth wheat in each year, and not to grow two white straw crops in succession [Other clauses similar to those in P65/2/1/10, but there is no penalty clause for ploughing grass land] Landlord reserves a right of road at reasonable hours over the farm for various purposes [specified] Not signed.
