Gambriel of the 2nd Bedfords is reported as wounded and missing at a place ‘not stated’ on 25 September 1915. Includes an accompanying slip explaining that the term ‘missing’ does not necessarily mean that the soldier is killed or wounded, but may be an unwounded prisoner or temporarily separated from his regiment.
