George Lord Viscount Torrington, Baron of Southill, Lord of the Manor Thomas Richardson Rayment, gent., steward Admission of Frances Wells, wife of Samuel Wells of Biggleswade, gent., (formerly Frances Hankin, niece of William Hankin late of Potton, gent., and devisee named in the will of the said William Hankin, who was admitted as copyhold tenant on 30 Oct. 1769, and devised premises to Frances by his will dated 4 April 1782, proved in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury), to - all that moiety of 7a. of arable land at Potton next a place called Butler's Willows etc. Annual quit rent, 3½d., and fine of 3½d. AND surrender by Frances Wells of premises to the use of Samuel Wells, admitted as tenant. Surrender by Samuel Wells to the uses of his will.
