(I) Conveyance of 1 Jun 1860
Parties:

Reciting:
- conveyance of 17 Mar 1856 from (1) devisees in trust of Frederick Burr to (2) Thomas Sworder;
- Thomas Sworder had purchased the premises for the use of the Luton, Dunstable & Welwyn Junction Railway Company incorporated under an act of 1855;
- Luton, Dunstable & Welwyn Junction Railway Company had amalgamated with Hertford & Welwyn Railway Company as Hertford, Luton and Dunstable Railway Company;
- the Hertford, Luton and Dunstable Railway Company had reimbursed Thomas Sworder for his purchase but no conveyance had been made by him to the company;
- Agreement of 29 Jul 1859 by (1) Thomas Sworder to (2) Hertford, Luton and Dunstable Railway Company to convey to any person nominated by them
