(a) land on N side of Church Street or Luton Road, Dunstable containing 22½ poles with four messuages built thereon one of which was known as George public house all bounded: N by public footpath from Dunstable to Leagrave; E by land in occupation of Charles Duncome; S by Church Street; W by land lately demised to Mary Brown;
(b) land on N side of East Street or Church Street or Luton Road, Dunstable with Lawyers Arms public house, now called Royal Oak with cottage adjoining both built on 12½ poles abutting: W on a passage; N on the public footpath from Dunstable to Leagrave; E on land in occupation of Theodore Harris
(II) Certificate of 15 Mar 1877 "endorsed in margin that duplicate thereof had been duly deposited in the Office of Land Revenues and Inrolments"
