    'George Hewlett matmaker the son of George Hewlett refused to take Samuel Hewlett in hold when ordered by the constable. George Hewlett matmaker & Levy Hewlett fishman the sons of William Hewlett & William Dinness taken Thomas Hewlett away from Parker of Steventon after the constable had gave him in charge. William Dinness was one of the party on the 26th of Jany & made a speech at Mr Nevills gate for 15 minutes.'
