High road leading from Woburn to Leighton Buzzard To hold to Vicar and his successors as a site for a school for poor persons of Heath and Reach, and for the residence of the School Master, on the following trusts: School to be in Union with the Incorporated National Society; Minister of Chapelry of Heath and Reach to have sole direction of religious instruction; General management to be vested in a Committee consisting of the Minister, Churchwardens, and two other persons [property qualifications etc. given] to be elected in March annually by subscribers to the School; Minister to be Chairman of the Committee and to have a casting vote; Managers to appoint and dismiss the schoolteacher; School to be open to inspection by H.M.
