    Manor of Leighton Buzzard alias Grovebury RECITING a court held 18/19 May 1826 at which Charles Pettit had been admitted (on a sale from the assigns of Penfold, bankrupt) to: - an undivided 7th part of a copyhold mansion house and 105 acres of land in Heath and Reach FURTHER RECITING a Visitation held at Leighton Buzzard on 29 May 1830 by the Prebendary, when Pettit agreed to exchange - his 7th part of a piece of pasture adjoining Heath & Reach chapel, 2r. 16p. to be used as a burial ground, being part of the above estate in return for part of a pew in Leighton Buzzard church numbered 8, on the right of the middle aisle opposite the pulpit AND RECITING that in 1841 John Bushell was admitted to Pettit's 7th part of the rest of the estate, but that no formal admission had as yet been made to this ADMISSION of the Minister and Chapel Wardens of Heath and Reach on Pettit's surrender, to - his 7th undivided moiety of 2r. 16p. for burial ground for Heath and Reach
