    Martha declares that "she hath not seen her husband ... for the space of four years last past" With [on dorse] examination of Samuel Smith of Husborne Crawley, who has lived in the same house in the parish of which Martha Foxley now dwells. They lived in separate apartments in the same house together nearly two years, but he left the said house about one month after Michaelmas 1797 and removed to the next house and continued there until last Christmas. He frequently went to the house where Martha Foxley dwelt, but he never saw William Foxley the husband of the said Martha Foxley there during the whole time that he has lived there and he verily believes that William Foxley has not cohabited with her n.d.
