Vagrants pass from Mile End Old Town, Stepney, Middx. 29 July 1772,
with examination "husband has often told her that he was born in the parish of Husborne Crawley and that he lived a yearly servant with a farmer for upwards of one year and received wages within the said parish before he was married, and that he never gained any other settlement. He died about six years ago, and she has done no act or deed to gain any subsequent settlement" 29 July 1772
