Summons issued to a lorry driver from Crawford Street, Leeds, who was travelling along the Great North Road at Northill on a journey from London to Stamford, for failing to secure his load sufficiently so that a plank fell from the lorry injuring a cyclist and for failing to report the accident to the Police.
