Application for Summons to be issued to the driver of a Leyland Motor Coach which was speeding north on the Great North Road. Letter from the driver, from Philadelphia, county Durham, pleading guilty but the coach was one of a convoy travelling from London to Hebburn on Tyne. He had to call at the Eastern National Garage at Biggleswade to fill up and being a stranger on the road, speeded up to try to catch up with the other coaches.
