Concerning glebe land at Lidlington belonging to the benefices of Husborne Crawley and Ridgmont and on the sale of 1a. 2r. 11p. of the land to London & North Western Railway Co. for £364 in 1847, the proceeds being divided equally between the two benefices. With copies made in 1904 of
a) Local Commissioners' report and valuation on the purchase of the Lidlington Estate [1763], and
b) extract from deed of Bargain & Sale dated 18 November 1763 describing land conveyed to Ridgmont.
