Letter from John Bull, treasurer of Oxford Cathedral [?] to the Duke of Bedford's land agent "With the consent of the Dean, which I have just obtained, I have signed the receipt on behalf of the Dean & Chapter. I forwarded it by this post to Messrs Strachan's [unreadable] you must [unreadable] the buildings, & Mr.Price cannot object to this as the delay was owing to consideration for him".
