Extract regarding Cople Vicarage from conveyance of 20 Dec 1774 Parties: (i) George, 4th Duke of Marlborough; (ii) Gertrude, Duchess of Bedford; Robert Palmer of Saint George's Bloomsbury [Middlesex], esquire Reciting: - (ii) had contracted with (i) for purchase of his Bedfordshire Estate - R6/14/1/2; - R6/14/1/3 Operative Part: - (i) assigned the remainder of the lease of (a) to (ii) for £1,000 Property: (a) parsonage of Cople ["Copull"] called The Grange with tithes of grain, corn, hay and wood with houses, barns, stables, buildings, glebe lands, profits, commodities and advantages appertaining.
