Scope and Content
Joseph Keep, labourer, and wife Elizabeth, certified to be legally settled in the parish of Wootton. Certificate of Justices of the Peace that William Burge, one of the witnesses, took oath that he saw the Churchwardens and Overseers of Wootton sign and seal the certificate and that 'the names of Wm Burge and Willm Keep, who are witnesses attesting teh said certifcate, are respectively of their own proper handwritng.'
