Identified by Mr. F.C. Eeles of the Victoria and Albert Museum, London, in 1936 as a passage from the sanctorale, containing the end of the Communion for St. Andrew, the following rubric, the service for St. Nicholas, the rubric for the feasts of the Conception of the Blessed Virgin and St. Thomas, with the Communion for St. Thomas and the rubric for St. Felix.
Mr. Eeles' letter is stored with the document.
