Correspondence from Bateman, Gregory jr, Bath, etc. to Daniel Beaumont, Bedford House: Father still too ill; but Bradley writes he had paid £67 for all arrears of rent for the King Street house; and his tenant Smart in Maiden Lane has run away. Father had desired Christie to sell the lease of these 2 houses.
