- mortgage of 22 Feb 1858 in which (1) Thomas Sworder borrowed £1,200 from (2) Margaret Mortlock, widow (now dead) secured on (a)-(c);
- transfer of £1,000 residue of mortgage (£200 haiving been paid off) of 24 Jul 1875 from (1) John Mitchell Heward, John Dent Goodman and Richard Thomas Cooke (executors and devisees of mortgage estates of Margaret Mortlock) at request of (2) Thomas Sworder to (3) Caroline Sworder;
- £1,000 remained outstanding but all interest had been paid
