(c) Volunteer Canteen, formerly Bute Arms, formerly in occupation of Herbert Harrison now J.Olive;
(d) 19 Burr Street, Luton formerly in occupation of Thomas Bates and used as a beershop, now a private house in occupation of J.Cosby;
(e) land fronting turnpike road from Luton to Bedford formerly of John Gray, then John Everitt being: 44ft along the road; 120ft next to property of John Everitt; 21ft along River lea; 132ft next to property of Thomas Sworder with brewery house partly built on land
