Concerning the application of the income of the Town and Poor Estate, and the contention of the Charity commissioners that the payment of £20 a year towards the salary of the schoolmaster and £2 to the poor constituted a breach of trust (with copies of correspondence back to 1893), and concerning the appointment of new trustees etc.
