    Includes (at front) notes of names of churchwardens in 1772, 1803, 1819 and 1832. (Loose) receipted bill of John Tandy for work at Chellington church in 1840-1841, cost £25 17s. 9d., receipted 13 April 1841. (At back) rent rolls for Chellington church land allotments, 1832-1863. (Passim) Vestry minutes of election of churchwardens and on the passing of the accounts etc. Other items of note include: 1807 Agreement for the lease of Chellington Church Land to John Eyles for rent of £5 10s. during 18 years, John having met the cost of its enclosure under the Award, - 31 March 1807 1823 - Agreement as above to Robert Eyles, yeoman, at an annual rent of £7 7s., the term from year to year. 19 May 1823. 1832 - Memorandum of the division of 6a. Church Land "for the accommodation of the labouring poor" at 2½d. a pole, with list of tenants (17 names) and their rent, 11 Oct. 1832 1843 - Vestry resolutions concerning the Archdeacon's order that a new church be built for the combined parish, in which it was determined to repair the old. 1850 - Vestry resolution for repair of the roof of the middle aisle, renewing pews in the North and South aisles, 17 July 1850. 1855 - Memorandum as to letting of church land for accommodation of labouring poor at 3d. a pole [no names given], 29 Sept. 1855. 1869 - details of extensive repairs to the church, with cost etc., and list of subscribers.
