That Public House and premises are let to Wm.Anstee, John Cook and Benjamin Bennett the Younger for 10 years from 29 Septr 1862 & are in the occupation of their undertenant. I require one thousand pounds for my sole Interest in the Property and I have approached Messrs Jackson & Son of Hertford to act for me in treating for the same"
