Letters from G.C.Walker, Estate Agent, Bedford, to the Rev. A.Orlebar, Vicar, concerning Land tax and tithes in the parish of Willington, redemption of Land tax on Vicarage and Glebe by the Rev.P.Hunt in 1815, redemption by the Duke of Bedford in 1860, and lack of explanation for the deduction by the Duke of Bedford of £9 in the tithes paid to the Vicar, Walker suggests that application be made to the Duke for payment and explanation.
