To be decently buried at the discretion of his exors. ... all prop. vested in him in trust .. to Jas. Kinnersley of Ludlow, Salop, Esq., Jn. Pritchard of Coalbrook Dale, Salop, gent., 'my late Clerk' ... all messuages etc. and esp. the advowson of Wymington 'which I have lately contracted to purchase of Messrs. Bromwichs' and also 1/3 of mess. in High Street, Bridgnorth 'which I have contracted to purchase of Mrs. Whiteand Mr. Lampet', and also personal estate .. to Jas. Kinnersley and Jn. Pritchard in trust for sale. Money raised to be used to pay debts etc. From money ...20gs. to Jn. Pritchard as a token of regard ...30gs. to bro. Wm. ...30gs. to Han. or Anna Wynn otherwise Winsley 'who now lives with me' .. remainder to be put into Govt. stocks upon trust to pay to sd. Han. for life such yearly sum as tog. with and including the sum of 10s. per week to wch she is intitled under the will of Rich. Croft, Esq. decd. as will make clear yearly sum of £50 .. on further trust to pay to Han. 'in case she shall have the Maintenance of my natural Children' a further yearly sum as trustees shall think fit. Children - Geo., Jas., Jn. and Sophia, also ch. which sd. Han. is expecting, until sd. ch. reach age of 21 .. on further trust to pay Geo., when 21, £250 .. £500 to ch. or children Han. is expecting, when reaches 21 .. rem. to be div. equally among other ch. (including Geo.) If all ch. die bef. 21 .. then prop. to bros. living and resident in G.B. Exors. may take upon themselves the maintenance of the ch. if they think fit Estate at Melverley, Salop, to wch. he is entitled to a moiety on the death of Mr. Slater not to be sold until after Mr. Slater's death unless necess.
