(ii) Rev.Joseph Finch Fenn, vicar of Stotfold, William Vaughan and Samuel Bowman of Stotfold, farmers and William Hill of Stotfold, schoolmaster
H.O.Roe had transferred £6,100 in 3% consols to (ii) to be used as follows:
- income from £2,700: ¾ to be paid to widows and married couples in 7 almshouses called Church Almshouses in addition to existing funds for that purpose;
- income from £1,200 for providing prayer books etc., residue for schoolmaster’s salary;
- income from £1,300 in aid of general purposes of Stotfold National School and for repair of schoolhouse and buildings;
- income from £260 to augment the distribution of bread so that 6d. loaves could be given instead of 4d.;
- income from £640 for distribution of bread, coals and warm clothing among poor of Stotfold in winter as vicar and churchwardens deemed expedient 25 Jul 1849
Endorsed: with £250 to accumulate for use as trustees’ discretion to make repairs or to apprentice poor children etc.16 Apr 1850
