    Routine business includes cleaning, vermin, visitation and confirmation expenses, repairs to churchyard fences, rents from Town Land, small repairs (glazier, bricklayer, carpenter etc.), and Clerk's salary etc. Occasional expenditure includes: 1765-6 Tiles for the steeple, and other repairs 1768 Cloth for the pulpit and cushion, £3 6s. 2d. 1773 Sale of old bell by faculty - equal sums of £16 13s. 6d. paid to the Minister and Churchwardens 1774 New Surplice, £3 15s. Lead work, £6 9s. 2d. 1793 Key for the Belfrey door, 8d. 1794 Bricklayer's bill, £8 2s. 4d., purchase and carriage of bricks etc. 1803 New churchyard gate made by Mullins, carpenter 1804 Bells recast by John Bryant, Hertford, bellfounder, £4 2s.
