Newcombe, Northampton, draper i) releases to iii), for the use of certain trusts (trustees -iv)) for 500 years - farm house etc and 2 closes pasture called the Home Closes (8 acres) - 1 other close called the Primary Close (40 acres) - commonable close (8 acres) - pieces land (67 acres) All in occ. Jos. Waples and situated in Keysoe, Keysoe Row and Pertenhall - all other lands of i) in above parishes iii) will suffer a recovery of these lands in Easter or Trinity terms next i) covenants that premises may be peaceably held free from claims by or from Thos. Scriven, late of Knotting, clk., or from Jn. Lettice, clk., dec. and w. Eliz.
