    1) Rt. Hon. Lord Carteret 2) Rev. F.C.G. Passy, Vicar of Wilshamstead, and Rev. H.J. Rose, Rector of Houghton Conquest Conveyance by 1) to 2) of - all that piece of land in Wilstead (25p) In trust to be used by 2) and their successors as a site for a school for poor persons in the parish of Wilshamstead and for the residence of the School master and School mistress. Such school to be under the management and control of 1) and 2), and after the death of 1) under the management of the persons in the possession or receipt of rents and profits of Hawnes Park and House. The system of education to be that of the Incorporated National Society for the promotion of the poor in the principles of the Church of England. The School Master and School Mistress to be nominated or appointed and dismissed or removed by 1) and 2) and after their deaths by those in possession of Hawnes House. If at any time the Bishop of the Diocese shall deem it advantageous to form a management of the school who will direct and control, govern and manage the school, then 2) and their successors of the said parishes or the officiating minister shall have superintendence of the moral and religious instruction of the school. If any differences arise between the Rector or Vicar or officiating minister and the Committee, a statement of the differences be sent to the Bishop of the Diocese for a decision 2) and their successors should give at least 20s. per annum to the school If any vacancy occurs, then it should be filled by the election of a person having a like qualification, such election to be vested in the subscribers to the said school to the amount of 10s. per annum. School Master and School Mistress to be members of the Church of England The Rector or Vicar or officiating minister to be chairman of all meetings of the Committee of Management, and when not present, a member be elected by the Committee. The Chairman shall annually select from its members a secretary who shall keep the Minutes of the meetings, and shall give notice to all the committee before any extraordinary meeting. 1) also declares that the said school shall be open to inspection from time to time, to be appointed by order of the Council on Education as well as persons appointed by the Bishop of the Diocese.
