- pages 12 - 16 Copy of Articles of Agreement of 14 Ap 1820 to conclude Chancery Case re land left by Will of Richard Norton deceased dated 10 Aug 1686 (see C.R.T. Streatley)
- Copy of letter of 13 Sept 1820 from Jas Hadow (Vicar of Streatley) to Messrs Hugh & Geo. Smyth Schoolhouse has now been built. Up to the Smyths to appoint Schoolmaster and 4 poor scholars from Sharpenhoe and 4 from Streatley
- copy of letter by Smyths: to Vicar and Churchwardens of Streatley as owners of Bury Farm Sharpenhoe nom. Jas Gawthorn as Schoolmaster (7 Nov 1820 nom 8 scholars (names given)
- Acknowledgement by Geo Waller of Streatley that he occupies the Church green where the stocks lately stood only by consent of neighbours and not as of right. Will promise to remove timber and fill up saw pit on notice from Officating Minister of Churchwardens witness Wm Biddle farmer, Childwick St Albans, Herts. 9 June 1821
- record of protest of Rev Jas Hadow, Vicar at neglect of 'inoculation' of the children of the poor for the Cow Pox He considers it 'as a means offered by providence for preventing the infection of a loathsome disease and for preserving life'
- sheet stuck in 'Memorandum of Vaccination' names of father and children for Streatley, Sharpenhoe, Harlington and Barton Total 97 18 July 1823
- NB "1841" on Minutes - mention of selling up Sunday School.
