    Release Parties: (i) William Moore of Kempston, victualler; (ii) Mary Cooper Mackiness, wife of James Mackiness but now living apart; (iii) Robert Newland of Kempston, esquire; (iv) William Pestell of Bedford, common brewer Reciting: - Mary Moore née Cooper alias Farrer, wife of (i), was the only surviving child of Thomas Cooper alias Farrer who was son and devisee of John Cooper alias Farrer and entitled to (a) before her marriage to (i); - WL1000/1/Kem1/1; - Mary Moore died intestate in Oct 1808 leaving (i) as tenant for life of (a) with (ii) entitled to its reversion; - Mary Cooper Moore married James Mackiness on 3 Sep 1829 but he deserted her in Aug 1836 and now lived apart; - (i) and (ii) had agreed to sell (a) to (iii) for £700; - WL1000/1/Kem1/2 Operative Part: - (i) and (ii) released (a) to (iii) for £700 Property: (a) Half Moon public house, Kempston in occupation of (i) and bounded E by ground of James Sanders, S by town street and W by Mill Lane or Water Lane (b) 0a 2r 15p, formerly part of Brimley's Home Close bounded NE by Bromham Road, SW by Wootton Road and NW by land of William Tompkins Habendum - to (iii); to use of any deed, will etc of (iii); to use of (iii) for life; on determination of (iii)'s estate to use of (iv) during the life of (iii), in trust for (iii); to use of (iii) for ever Witnesses: - Theed Pearse junior of Bedford, solicitor; - Ezra Eagles of Bedford, solicitor Memorandum: indenture of 9 Oct 1873 (b) was conveyed by trustees of will of Bingham Newland to trustees of will of Talbot Barnard
