Large poster. St. Paul’s Wesleyan Chapel , Bedford. On Good Friday at 6.30 a Musical Service will be held, at which the choir of Dr. Stephenson’s Homes will sing Sir John Stainer’s ‘Crucifixion’. Soloists: the children of the choir; Mr H. Hicks, Mr G.F. High. At the organ Mr W.G.Wood. Conductor Mr R.D. Metcalfe. Reverend Dr. Stephenson will give an account of the homes. Free admission. A collection will be made in aid of the home, in which 780 orphan and destitute children, received from all parts of the country, are being trained.
