    Routine payments: visitation and confirmation expenses, minor repairs to Church, Clerk's salary, purchase of Communion bread and wine, minor bell repairs, parchment for register transcripts, payments to bell-ringers, and to Sunday School teacher, insurance. Occasional expenditure includes: 1841 Form of prayer of Thanksgiving for safe delivery of Queen and birth of Prince of Wales 1s. 1844 Paid clerk at Harlington for use of pall 1s. 1846 Mr. Dodd repairing Prayer Book 6s. 6d. 1851 Jo Bonner draining round church 10s., cleaning church wall 12s. 6d. 1866 William Chance for sweeping stove chimney 6d. 1878 Sweeping snow out of churchyard 3s. 6d. Vestry Minutes (among entries) 1848-1894, including: Appointment of churchwardens, fixing of Church rate 1857 Church rate to be collected for restoration of church, and paid into Bank of Messrs. Barnard of Bedford and then applied for by Committee. 1894 Account of Church Restoration Fund balance £82 13s. 9d. with promised subscriptions make it up to £100 begin work on repair of bells and floor of chancel.
