With schedules giving lists of deeds and description of the various pieces of land involved. Signatures of i) to iv) with memorandum as to the sale of house called The Holt and land nearby to Harriet Millicent Townsend Somerville, 1917 with further memorandum that no houses should be erected on piece of meadowland by Pym and Lydall, 5 November 1912
