Conveyance i) John Robert Hill ii) Westoning Parish Council consideration - £5 i) conveys to ii) - piece of freehold land on N side of and running parrellel to plot 12 on the Sampshill Road Estate at Westoning (as shown on plan) Subject to conditions in 2nd schedule of conveyance of 24 March 1972 [see P C Westoning14/3] which ii) will perform. ii) will observe stipulations as in 1st schedule. i) will make up new road and footpath called Newlands Road i) acknowledges right of ii) to production of copies of conveyance of 24 March 1972 1st schedule ii) to maintain 6foot close boarded fence, as on plan ii) not to permit anything which might cause nuisance, damage or subsidence Land is only to be used as footpath from Newlands Road to Westoning Playing Fields, for use of public Sig of i) and 3 members of ii) various wits.
