Charles John James McCormick, clerk in Holy Orders Ann Elizabeth Ropkins, spinster William Ernest Hunt, farmer Thomas Lummus, hurdle maker (trustees of Westoning Charity Land) ii) Westoning Parish Council i) leases to ii) for the purpose of providing allotments - piece arable (2acs 2rds 13p) in Westoning for some time past held by ii) for said purpose Reserving to i) all timber, minerals, clay etc and all game and right of hunting Term - 1 year from 29 September 1923 and so on from year to year 12 months to quit to be given by either party rent - £4 10s p.a. payable half yearly. First payment to be made on 25 March 1924. Various covenants including that of not underletting except as allotments.
