In 1876 the greater portion of the Cheshire estates were sold to Baron Egerton Tatten for £30,000 exclusive of sum of £15,000 reserved to pay annuity of £600 to Rebecca Cooper. Amelia Cooper Tearl had in stocks, securities etc held in trust - £11,523 10s 7d.
Essex estates have been sold for total of £35,846 7d of which amelia cooper Tearl received £7,169 4s.
Sum now divisible among the children of Amelia Cooper Tearl is £5,886 16s 11d (i.e. £1177 7s 4d each)
now i) release ii) from any claims regarding the accounts of the monies received (as in schedule)
