    i) Aubrey Cecil, 1 Arlington Cottages, Turnham Green, Middx, Esq; Dodge Cooper Cecil, The Elms, North Bersted, Sussex, esq; Egerton Dodge Cooper Cecil, 4 Woodland Cottages, Gunnersbury, Middx, esq. Elizabeth Cooper Cecil, 4 Woodland cottages etc, spinster; (Dodge, Egerton and Elizabeth are 3 legitimate children of Moses Tearl, now called by the surname of Cecil.) James Marley, Woodstock Terrace, Southsea, Hants, esq and wife Amelia Dodge Cooper (another legitimate daughter of Moses Tearl.) ii) said Aubrey Cecil, Edward Daniel Mellor, 2 Harcourt buildings, Temple, Middlesex, solicitor. iii) Caroline Cooper Cooper iv) said Edward Daniel Mellor. Amelia Cooper Tearl left a total of £8,341 7s 9d out of which £356 6s was paid in succession duty which minus other charges left £7,734 6s. the two daughters have received £1,500 each, and remainder was divided into 5 amounts of £946 17s 2d and paid to 3 sons and 2 daughters. now i) acquit iii) and iv) against any claims regarding the money. Signatures of all Witnesses include Moses Tearl Cecil.
