Attached Settlement examination of William Richardson, a rogue and vagabond apprehended in the City of Westminster; Lived and rented a farm for 26 years in the parish of Hotton in Bedfordshire and paid yearly rent of £27 and all parochial taxes, and quitted the same about 13 years ago and has never since rented house or land, paid parochial or other taxes, nor by any other means acquired any subsequent settlement
