- TitleInformation of John Hawkins, Gardener of Biggleswade who was with his horse and cart going up the London Road, Biggleswade when near Mr C Lindsell's plantation he saw 8 or more horses grazing by the side of the road. A man was with them he did not know. He saw them again near the same place this time with James Hale, Marine Store Dealer of Biggleswade. The same night he was shown some horses in Mr Chrouch's meadow over the river bridge by PC Hebbes. They were the same animals he saw grazing in the morning near to Mr Lindsell's plantation. Report of PC Hebbes stationed at Biggleswade who was on duty in London Road Biggleswade when he saw Thomas Barker, Horse Dealer of Biggleswade, with 12 horses about 1/4 mile beyond Dunton Turn.
