    Recites that Christopher Parker Cass was seized of copyhold premises according to the custom of the manor of Biggleswade; Premises devised (with others) to 1) by the will of Christopher Parker Cass dated 10 Oct. 1821; Cass died in 1822 and his will was proved in the Court of the Archbishop of Canterbury NOW in consideration of £820 paid by 2) to 1), 1) has surrendered the property to the Lord of the Manor to the use of 2) by indenture of even date, viz: - all that parcel of land called Pye Corner Close (1a. 2r. 24p.) - piece of pasture (3a. 15p) being part of a field of pasture called Long Water - close or pasture (1a. 1r. 1p.) formerly in the occupation of William Cousins Covenant by 1) to surrender premises in the Manor Court to the uses of 2) in order to secure good title to 2), and to warrant title etc. Covenant by 1) to fence the north side of Long Water Close endorsed: Receipt by 1) to 2) for £822 witness: D.Times, solicitor, Hitchin signature: 1)
