In consideration of £70 paid by 2) to 1), 1) convey to 2)
- a cottage or tenement, with the orchard or close adjoining (½a) in Over Caldecote in the parish of Northill, late in the occupation of Mary Chitty, widow, and now in the occupation of Thomas Tompkins, son of William Tompkins, together with all outhouses to the said cottage belonging
- another cottage or tenement situate in Over Caldecote, next the king's highway or common green in Over Caldecote on the east side thereof, and abutting south on the cottage above-mentioned, now in the occupation of Ann Knights, widow, and Thomas Symkins
