    i) Moses Tearl and wife Amelia Cooper ii) Caroline Cooper Cooper iii) Alfred Joseph Riddle, Inner Temple London, solicitor reciting will of John Cooper, Middx, esq 1 October 1817, concerning his Essex and Cheshire estates (he was father of Elizabeth, wife of William Dodge Cooper Cooper) who died 1824. Jane Cooper Cooper died on 26 March 1856. Elizabeth, wife of William Dodge Cooper Cooper died on 6 June 1865 and William on 9 August 1860. After death of William Dodge Cooper Cooper, James Lindsay Cooper (2nd son) took possession of the Essex and Cheshire estates, until his death. Now charged with jointure of £600 to his widow Rebecca. Amelia and Caroline are anxious to bar their interest in the Cheshire and Essex estates, in tail. Now i) and ii) grant to iii) - their shares in the Cheshire and Essex estates to hold free from their estates in tail, but subject to £600 payable to Rebecca Cooper, in trust for their uses - money due to them signed i) and ii) endorsed witnesses and certificate of approval by Amelia.
