    - household goods, etc to wife Sarah. Also yearly income from estate, for life - after her death, estate to be divided into 6 one part to Mary Heap, one part to Sarah Heap both children of his nephew, John Heap and wife Mary, one part to sister Sarah Leah, if she survives his wife. If not then one moiety to daughter Mary and one moiety to son Sam, one part divided into thirds between niece Elizabeth, wife of Thomas Horsfield, nephew William Booth and remaining third between Martha Jepson and William Robinson, children of late niece Mary Robinson, deceased. One moety of one part to John Barrow, husband of late niece Sarah Barrow, in trust for children of nephew, Bristowe Cooper, by wife Sarah other moiety to nephew John Cooper. Remaining part - half to be vested in name of nephew William Dodge Cooper Cooper, in Government stocks in trust to pay premiums on life assurance of nephew John Heap and interest to be paid to his wife Mary while a widow, and then to 4 younger children Ann, Jane, John and Joseph. On decease of nephew John Heap, money due on policy of 16 March 1809, numbered 24,670, the same be vested as aforesaid. Other half to John Barrow for benefit of his child by niece Sarah Barrow. - wife Sarah cooper appointed executrix and nephews John Heap and William Dodge Cooper Cooper, executors. will dated 20 June 1828 codicil dated 140 June 1831 legacy to niece Mary Leah, now wife of John Barrow, revoked, and in place thereof said legacy be placed out at interest, and interest paid to her for her separate use during life. If she dies without adult child then legacy to brother Sam for benefit of his children.
