BOND of Thos. Livett of Upper Caldecott, Northill, yeo. to Mark Huckle of Northill, weaver, Giles Found of Lower Caldecott, labr., John Taylor of Hatche, tailor, Thos. Browne of Thorncott, gent., Wm. Atterton of Hatche, yeo. and Jn. Abbis of Upper Caldecott, Northill, husbandman, for penal sum of £10, to ensure payment of £5 8s. on 25 Dec. 1651.
Wm. Warraine of Upper Caldecott yeo. left in will to poor of Northill £5 to be laid out for their use. His widow Katherine is now the wife of Thos. Livett, & was one exor; the other was Thos. Warraine his son. 21 Dec 1650 Witn. Edw. Osborne, Robt. Barnardiston, Walt. Capell, Rt. Keepe
