    Report of PC Charles Cheshire of Meppershall who was on duty in Upper Stondon when he found a snare with a live hare in it in a roadside hedge belonging to Mr Robert Long, Farmer of Upper Stondon. He watched until Arthur Parsons, Labourer of Meppershall came along, took the hare and snare and put them in his pocket. Fine 11/6, Costs 8/6
